You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be returned in its original packaging.

2. How to Return an Item

- Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Refund Process: After we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or process an exchange, depending on your preference.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.
4. Exchanges

We will issue a full refund or send a replacement, along with a return shipping label for the damaged item. In the event of a damaged product, please retain all packaging materials for inspection by the shipping carrier.
